Just discovered some panoramic shots from mine and Sebastian´s 2009 road trip across Australia´s red centre. We drove Wilson, a rundown old commodore, from Perth, through Alice Springs, to Cape York. Sebastian and I drove for thousands of km´s across the Great Central Road, past The Devil´s Marbles and up into Cairns. After treacherous miles of red dust, hearing the same songs a million times over and overcoming a minor hitch with Wilson, Sebastian and I reached our destination with all limbs in tact.
Seb is now back home in Germany expecting his first child in the very near future, but am sure would jump at the opportunity to do it all again.
